Eleve by Deyaar

Eleve by Deyaar is a residential project in Downtown Jebel Ali, positioned by Deyaar as the area's "Portside Jewel" with direct Sheikh Zayed Road connectivity, open Arabian Gulf views, and access to Jebel Ali, Discovery Gardens, Dubai South, Expo City Dubai, Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. Official Deyaar launch materials describe a 33-floor residential tower with studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes, four floors of covered parking and service areas across the basement and podium, plus a ground-floor retail arcade. The amenity program includes a residents lounge, club room, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, separate kids pool, multipurpose hall, landscaped outdoor seating and BBQ areas. Deyaar states that construction is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027, making Eleve a developer-backed Downtown Jebel Ali launch with a documented handover schedule and official project identity.
